RETURN, EXCHANGE, & WARRANTY POLICY
Return
Within 3 days, if you dissatisfied, you may return your equipment for a full refund. Shipping charge will be deducted from original amount. The returned item must be un-open, complete with all equipment, packing, warranties, manuals and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND. Giahan has the final word on the condition of the merchandise. If the products received are open, incomplete, missing parts scratched or damaged (in ways that cannot be identified), Giahan reserves the right to refuse return and the product will be returned to the customer.
After 3 days equipment may be returned with a 30% restocking fee. Equipment must be in the same condition as it was packaged the first day it was purchased. Restocking fee from 3 to 7days in 30% of the original purchase price. After 7 days, Giahan reserve the right not to accept return.
Warranty
All equipment comes with one year manufaturer’s defective warranty. If item is defective within 21 days, we will exchange you for new equipment. After 21 days, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair of defective equipment. After 21 days, buyer is also responsible for shipping fees for the repair of equipment.

If the products received are incomplete, missing parts scratched or damaged (in ways that cannot be identified), Giahan reserves the right to refuse exchange on the customer’s product.
